Project Manager – Creative & Marketing Workflows (Contract)Greater Boston | Hybrid10-Month ContractOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support creative, marketing, and operational initiatives by improving delivery, workflow clarity, and cross-team coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep complex work moving and can use modern tools, including AI, to make teams more effective.The ideal candidate brings structure without bureaucracy, understands how creative and marketing teams operate, and looks for ways to continuously improve how work gets done.What you’ll do:Own end-to-end project delivery across creative, marketing, and operational workstreamsManage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure consistent executionIdentify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce frictionUse tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to support planning, documentation, and delivery where it adds valueCreate and maintain clear project documentation, briefs, and timelinesPartner closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to keep work aligned and movingProactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact deliveryWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of project or program management experience in agency, in-house, or consulting environmentsStrong experience managing creative and marketing projectsDemonstrated ability to improve workflows and team efficiencyComfort using modern tools and platforms, including AI, to support executionClear communicator who can manage competing priorities and stakeholdersAbility to balance speed, quality, and accountabilityNice to have:Experience working in hybrid or fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with creative, marketing, or content production lifecyclesExposure to AI tools used for documentation, summarization, or process support
