SharePoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SharePoint development, customization, troubleshooting, and web application development using Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and site functionality. Configure and support SharePoint sites, content, workflows, and application features. Gather business requirements and design technical solutions. Develop, test, debug, and deploy SharePoint solutions. Implement and maintain SharePoint Foundation workflows. Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support. Create technical documentation, flowcharts, and code documentation. Develop proof-of-concept solutions and recommend best practices. Ensure application security, quality, and confidentiality of information. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and web application development. Strong experience with SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Designer. Experience with C#, VB.NET, and other .NET technologies. Hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft SharePoint Development certification. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with Lanteria HR Software is a plus.
