You provide expert financial guidance, manage risk, and drive business growth. You lead a dedicated finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and ethical management. Together, we deliver robust financial performance and maintain regulatory excellence.Job Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and planningEnsure accurate and timely financial statements in line with international standards and CBN guidelinesManage cash flow, liquidity, and capital adequacy to meet requirementsEnsure full compliance with CBN regulations and directivesCoordinate preparation and submission of statutory returns and reportsIdentify, assess, and manage financial risksImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assetsProvide financial analysis and insights for strategic decision‐makingAdvise management on financial implications of business activitiesLiaise with auditors and resolve audit findingsLead and develop the finance team, promoting accountability and best practicesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fieldProfessional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA)Minimum 10 years' experience in banking or financial servicesAt least 8 years in a senior finance or accounting roleProven experience in financial management, regulatory reporting, and team leadershipComprehensive understanding of CBN regulations and reporting requirementsKnowledge of Nigerian banking laws, IFRS, and risk management frameworksStrong analytical, strategic planning, and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing abilitiesHigh integrity, professionalism, and ethical standardsProficiency in financial management systems and softwarePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc Finance)Experience leading finance teams in multinational organizationsAdvanced knowledge of financial management systemsProven track record in audit managementExperience in strategic business planningStrong stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to drive process improvementsAbout UsJ.P.
