The benefit of working here is the lives we touch with hard work and dedication to clients and the personal relationships we make within our team.Overview Of RoleThe Administrative Assistant role requires a responsible individual to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to strengthen our service. This is an in-person position with work hours from 8:00 am-4:30 pm. It requires prompt, clear, and effective communication with their team and our clients. The candidate will carry out their work efficiently, with the ability to anticipate the needs of others and fit in seamlessly with company culture.Role Description And Qualities Necessary Possesses a positive, problem-solving attitude. Personable and interested in creating deep and meaningful client relationships contributing to client retention. Learns and adheres to company best practices and our industry's compliance requirements. Answer and direct phone calls. Sending client scheduling and appointment reminders. Assisting in managing the scheduling of annual client meetings. Carries out client requests such as distributions, contributions, statements, deposits Assist and carry out individual and bulk email and physical mailings including birthday cards, marketing materials, and client documents. Experience with mail merge is a benefit. Resourcefulness to perform client and prospect research. Gather and submit client correspondence to help with complying with compliance regulations. Maintain client data in electronic filing systems. Strong personal and work values. Meeting room preparation and general support for in-office guests. Provide a discerning eye and support for written communication such as proofreading. Support various teams with tasks and projects. Support event planning and execution for our team and clients.
