A leading data center service provider is seeking a VP, Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance for data center leasing transactions with hyperscalers. This hands-on role requires expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts as well as managing outside counsel. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in relevant legal fields, particularly in data center leases.
