This is an opportunity to join a high-performance team where you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the ability to help shape internal operations as the company continues to grow.What You’ll DoAdminister and support internal business systems, including our custom CRM/ERP platform, mytraceManage company-wide software systems including Google Workspace, telecommunications platforms, inventory systems, and other operational toolsSet up laptops, iPads, accounts, credentials, and system access for new hiresServe as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests across hardware, software, connectivity, and account troubleshootingAssist with SaaS platform administration, MDM enrollment and support, user permissions, device management, and workflow optimizationMaintain inventory and lifecycle management of company technology assets including laptops, tablets, and mobile devicesSupport ongoing system improvements, infrastructure projects, and operational scaling initiativesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations preferredStrong hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and systems integrationExperience supporting Google Workspace, Apple/iOS devices, telecom systems, Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting, and cloud-based business platformsPrevious experience supporting retail, inventory, POS, or high-growth operational environments is a plusStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailPositive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with a team-first mentalityWhy Join DIMECompetitive compensation: $33–$36/hour DOEOpportunity to help build and scale systems across a rapidly growing companyHigh-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and operationsStable, fully onsite position with long-term growth opportunityBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceReferral programLocationThis is a fully onsite role based in Irvine.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceParental leaveVision insuranceWork Location: In person
