You will THRIVE in this role if you have:A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required) 2+ years of marketing or business development experience in a professional services organization (required)Legal industry experience (preferred)Experience maintaining social media accounts, creating targeted campaigns, including design elements, and integrating content across platforms (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, HubSpot or other similar CRM softwareCreative writing and editing skills The Marketing Coordinator Will Work Collaboratively Across The Team And With Stakeholders Throughout The Firm To Ensure Consistent Brand Representation, Effective Communication, And Strategic Outreach. Do You Have The DRIVE And DESIRE ToCollaborate with team members by using established firm branding guidelines, tools and software to create advertisements, email blasts, social media graphics and other creative assetsManage and monitor all firm social media accounts, including developing and maintaining a social media editorial calendar and creating content Expand the firm’s existing social and digital platforms by identifying future growth opportunities that reflect the firm’s strategic priorities and maximize engagement with targeted audiencesMonitor, analyze and report on the firm’s social media engagement and other key metricsAssist with ongoing maintenance of the firm’s website Maintain and update firm contact lists and support ongoing data integrity initiatives Assist with public relations strategy implementationSupport the planning and execution of firm marketing events, including pre- and post-event promotion and on-site attendanceAssist with developing and updating marketing collateralTravel occasionally to firm offices as needed Harris Beach Murtha Recognizes Everyone Has a Right To Be Included.
