Portfolio and Compliance Specialist
Request ID: 88946-1 Title: Portfolio and Compliance Specialist Locations: San Antonio, TX Duration: 6 Months with Possible extension Rate Range: $25- $30/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Role Description: The Portfolio Compliance Specialist will define and enforce the project management framework (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) that all business units must follow. The role involves facilitating critical Go/No-Go checkpoints if projects fail to meet compliance, quality, or data standards. The candidate will identify financial red flags early by analyzing programs that are over-budget or failing to realize projected returns. Responsibilities also include translating project data into clean dashboards, developing structured test scripts and testing methodologies to evaluate PMO controls, reviewing financial records to ensure capital and operational expenditures, and documenting exceptions or failures where controls were bypassed, failed, or found to be ineffective. The role also requires a strong Quality Assurance background with experience in controls testing and compliance activities.
