Tooling Technician

Amcor - - Responsibilities: Repair and rebuild Production machinery including molds and dies; Make components and changes on existing components in a timely manner and correct to an engineered drawing; Assist the Group Leaders and Lead persons in planning work in the shop; Record in the JDE PEM for PMs and or Lotus Notes work order system any maintenance that is completed on every mold; Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes
