Field Services EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Field Services Engineer with strong hands-on engineering experience to support semiconductor equipment in customer environments. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and sustaining of advanced semiconductor systems. The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with precision equipment in cleanroom environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipmentPerform sustaining engineering activities to ensure optimal tool performanceDiagnose hardware, electrical, optical, and mechanical issues in the fieldWork hands-on with engineering tools including:Hand toolsOscilloscopesDigital voltmeters and diagnostic instrumentsSupport and maintain systems involving:LasersVacuum systemsOptical benchesOperate and work safely within cleanroom environmentsDocument service activities and communicate findings with engineering and customer teamsProvide on-site technical support at customer locations as requiredRequired QualificationsHands-on engineering experience in a technical or field service roleExperience supporting semiconductor equipment, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingProficiency with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmetersWorking knowledge of:Laser systemsVacuum systemsOptical benchesExperience working in a cleanroom environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently in customer-facing environmentsPreferred / Nice-to-Have QualificationsStrong knowledge of one or more of the following:Photomask technologyMask inspection systemsInspection and metrology tools (EUV or DUV)Lithography systemsOptical systems and camerasLaser-based systemsRobotics and automationPrevious experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools
