This role is pivotal in shaping a modern, business partner focused HR organization that enables growth, strengthens leadership capability, and delivers a best-in-class employee experience across the region.Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead the Americas HR organization, partner closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in aligning regional execution with our global people strategy.What You’ll DoProvide overall leadership and direction for the HR function across the Americas, ensuring alignment with the company’s global HR strategy.Partner with senior business leaders to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.Evolve the regional HR operating model into a true business partnership, leveraging best practices and scalable solutions.Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy global initiatives efficiently and effectively.Support enterprise level priorities.Equip leaders to apply HR strategies consistently and hold teams accountable for people outcomes.Develop and maintain executive level HR metrics and dashboards to track workforce trends, turnover, development progress, and engagement.What We’re Looking For8–15 years of progressive HR leadership experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered for candidates with 12+ years of relevant HR leadership experience)Proven experience leading multi country or regional HR organizationsAbility to travel approximately 10–20% across North America and Latin AmericaPreferred QualificationsStrong business acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership levelsDeep knowledge of HR best practicesDemonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high performing HR teamsExperience operating in global organizationsWhy Join UsLead the HR strategy during a time of growth and transformationPartner directly with executive leadership and influence enterprise-wide outcomesMake a lasting impact on leadership development, culture, and employee experienceBe part of a collaborative, globally connected HR organizationReady to Apply?If you’re a strategic HR leader who thrives in complex, multi region environments and is passionate about building strong, future ready organizations, we’d love to hear from you.Work AuthorizationCrown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
