We work hard, hold each other accountable, and take pride in what we build.We're looking for a Jr Estimator who is organized, detail-focused, and ready to grow.Position SummaryThe Jr Estimator supports the estimating team by reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, and helping build accurate project costs.This role is for someone with construction or estimating experience who wants to grow into a strong estimator.Key ResponsibilitiesReview drawings and perform quantity takeoffs • Help build and organize project estimates • Track bid documents and deadlines • Work with estimators, vendors, and suppliers • Learn how jobs are built and pricedExperience We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, electrical estimating, or a related role.
