RN Nurse Manager Chemotherapy

Valley View is seeking an RN Nurse Manager for our Chemotherapy Department. Nurse Manager will assist with planning and coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for clients using the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice. This is an RN Leadership position that will provide oversight to all clinical areas in the Calaway-Young Cancer Center and work closely with the Director. This is a working Manager position, so will include direct patient care as needed. BSN required; Master’s Degree preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association required 3 years post graduate experience as an RN, substantial work exposure in related area (Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Chemotherapy) Leadership experience preferred. SALARY RANGE ‎$89,897 - $134,846/annually Entry salary dependent upon education, skill-set, and experience.
