All services and client partnerships are aided by best-in-breed software platforms, specialized in optimizing business processes.Full details on the role are below: Position Summary: TransPerfect is looking for a Product Marketing Lead for our company’s flagship platform, GlobalLink. In this role you will sit between product, sales, and marketing and maintain a feedback loop of information that enables sales and marketing effectiveness, while informing product/solutions teams on insights that improve roadmaps and offerings. A Product Marketing Lead needs to be highly adaptable, data-driven, and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of the software and technology landscape. The goal is not only to drive product adoption and revenue growth but also to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role is essential for revenue growth by seeding teams with information and data that make for effective messaging, credible proof points (ROI analysis, etc.), and user/client insights for both sales/marketing and production, but more importantly, can be leveraged by sales during pitches and marketing for lead generating content. Responsibilities:Design and execute go-to-market plans for new features or products, including timing, marketing channels, and sales enablement.Collaborates with leadership to set and protect strategy around highest priority capabilities, industries, and use cases Collaborates with vertical/solution leads and digital marketing to create a coherent product marketing strategy that includes the role and interplay of product/solution websites, social presence, digital advertising, etc. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising to generate leads and drive product adoption.Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Product owner and vertical collaborators mutually responsible for product site (ex. GlobalLink website) Product owner responsible for ensure vertical sites implement aligned strategy to sites are complementary and not competitive Maintain easily accessible documentation about the product/solution that answers all essential go-to-market questions including but not limited to 1.Mission and vision statements 2.Buyer personas 3.Positioning statements 4.Elevator pitches 5.Value propositions and ROI analysis 6.Use cases 7.SWOT 8.Market research 9.Product/solution demos Creating reports, white papers, guides, webinars, etc. that can be leveraged for both selling and marketing the offering Conducting ROI analysis to quantify value Conducting market research to update positioning statements, value propositions, pitches, etc. and to provide information to production for improvement Create focus groups/user groups to collect product and market insights Hosting regular trainings to ensure all key stakeholders have the most up to date information on the offering Participate in sales meetings to assist in closing and bid defenses Interviewing sales to document information on clients wants/needs as well as what does or does not work in a selling situation Identifying opportunities for market expansion or cross-vertical use cases Engaging regularly in online communities as the face of the solution to create social selling opportunities Participates in industry organizations and trade shows as speaker, attendee, board member, etc. and can partner with sales for creating opps at trade shows Researches and recommends creative ideas for campaigns, including web and real-world experiences, new digital tools for campaign effectiveness, etc. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.Required Skills:5-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with content and/or translations-focused solutionsExperience leading marketing campaigns from conception to execution and analysis. A proven track record of success in product marketing roles, demonstrating growth in responsibilities over time. Demonstrated experience in market research and competitive analysis. Hands-on experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies. Proficiency in segmentation, targeting, and positioning products to the right audience. Experience in crafting compelling messaging and storytelling for diverse products. Knowledge of the sales process and how marketing can support each stage. Experience with digital marketing strategies and channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like sales, product development, and customer service. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for measuring marketing performance. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and the ability to work with design and editing software for marketing collateral creation. A strong portfolio of past marketing campaigns, including outcomes and strategies used. References or case studies demonstrating successful product marketing leadership.
