Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Make a Difference in Women's Healthcare! What You'll Do: Provide inpatient and outpatient OB-GYN services, including office procedures and minor surgeries. Balance clinic days with 24-hour call shifts, supporting women through deliveries and emergent cases. Work collaboratively with a committed clinical team in a beautiful Oregon setting, offering quality care in both routine and unforeseen situations. Flexibly manage a full-time schedule or an alternating week on/week off pattern, guaranteeing a fulfilling work-life balance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid Oregon medical license in good standing. Active DEA license. Board-certified or Board-eligible in OB-GYN (certification within 3-5 years acceptable). Current BLS & NRP certifications. Demonstrated experience in obstetrics and gynecology with sufficient case logs for privileges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with inpatient delivery management and emergency procedures. Ability to perform in-office procedures and minor GYN surgeries. Flexibility with call scheduling and the ability to handle episodic emergencies such as ectopic cases. Preferred Education & Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution. At least 3-5 years of clinical OB-GYN experience preferred. Prior experience in rural or community settings is a plus. Other Requirements: Willingness to work scheduled clinic hours and be on call (including weeknights, weekends, and 24-hour shifts). Ability to provide appropriate case logs for privileges related to obstetrics and gynecology. Availability for virtual interviews within the next two weeks.
