Warehouse Packager - 5am shift (entry level)

Summary: The Warehouse Packager is needed to help set-up packaging jobs, and package according to work orders. This person will also ensure that all Amazon and Walmart BULK work orders are accurately packaged in the most efficient manner. ** This position is mostly standings at workstation and lifting boxes. Shift: M-F, 5:00am - 1:30pm, occasional OT based on business need Responsibilities Your essential duties will include, but are not limited to: Working with a small team to package daily orders with the highest possible levels of productivity Ensure that items are picked, packed, accurately based on weekly fulfillment goals Oversee proper handling of the Company’s product to minimize damage and loss of revenue through quality control Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping safety requirements Learn and perform a variety of picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following: 2 year+ of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (preferred but not required). Be in good health and able to stand on feet for the entire shift with repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, counting, etc. Maintain excellent attendance Characteristic Attributes: Independent problem solve and a critical thinker Be a pace-setter.
