Closing Processor- Agent HomeAs a Closing Processor, you will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties involved. Our systems are designed to support youreducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.Key Responsibilities:Process residential closing files from opening through closingReview title commitments and clear requirementsCoordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneysEnsure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closingMaintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelinesCommunicate effectively throughout the transaction processQualifications:Experience as a Closing Processor or in a similar roleStrong understanding of title and escrow processesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
