Stibo STEP MDM Solution Architect

Architectural Design and Governance:- Lead the design and implementation of Stibo STEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data governance policies, and industry best practices.- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data models, workflows, and system documentation.- Define and enforce MDM standards, guidelines, and best practices.Data Modeling and Integration:- Design and implement complex data models within Stibo STEP to support various business domains (e.g., product, customer, supplier).- Develop and manage data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce).- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.Solution Development and Deployment:- Lead the development and deployment of custom Stibo STEP solutions, including workflows, business rules, data validation rules, and user interfaces.- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.-Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:- Monitor and analyze Stibo STEP system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Stibo STEP related issues.Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience:- 15+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and development.- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Stibo STEP solutions.- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.- Experience with data migration, data quality management, and datacleansing.- Certifications:- Required: Stibo STEP Certified Solution Architect #J-18808-Ljbffr
