Job DetailsPartner Program Manager (Contract)Location: Remote candidates preferredDuration: 4/15/2026 to 10/15/2026Team: Global Partners ProgramsAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, self driven Partner Program Manager (Contract) to support the development and execution of partner related assets and enablement for Adobe’s enterprise field organization. This role will focus on building clear, consumable partner assets for Adobe sellers and supporting the training and readiness of internal Ai powered tools used by Adobe’s enterprise field teams.This individual will work cross functionally with internal Adobe partner teams and external partners, acting as a connector and project owner to ensure partner content is accurate, easy to use, and ready for field consumption.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Asset Development & EnablementBuild, organize, and maintain partner facing and field facing assets that enable Adobe sellers to easily understand and leverage partner solutions.Translate complex partner offerings into clear, concise, and seller ready materials (e.g., overviews, solution summaries, QuickStart guides).Ensure assets are structured for easy discovery and consumption by Adobe’s enterprise field.Validate content quality, relevance, and usability from a seller perspective.Project Management & ExecutionOwn project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.Track progress across workstreams, proactively identify risks, and drive issues to resolution.Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders.Cross Functional & Partner CollaborationProactively engage with external partners to gather required inputs, assets, and updates.Coordinate with internal Adobe partner teams and stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.Act as a central point of contact to keep work moving forward without heavy oversight.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner enablement, program management, or related roles.Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Proven ability to project manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow through.Self starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes.Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and external partners.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise sellers or sales enablement.Familiarity with partner ecosystems (solution partners, technology partners, agencies, or GSIs).Exposure to content systems.Prior experience working in or with large, matrixed organizations.Compensation$50.00 to $57.04 per hour.# 37095404
