Our client roster includes top real estate developers, REITs, law firms, and lenders across the country.Committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace centered around collaboration, responsiveness, integrity, and community, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and motivated to make a positive impact on the growth and success of our thriving organization.Position: Residential Escrow CloserOverview: The Escrow Closer is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare accurate settlement statementsAssists agents with any problems and resolves complaints in a manner that will satisfy the customer's needsProvide Title Documents to parties as neededUpdated Closed files with 1099 information for submission to IRSReview title commitment to ensure all requirements and exceptions are met to provide clear title and compliance with Lender InstructionsKeep parties in constant communication and deal in motionProactively circulate closing conditions email and subsequent updated versions of open itemsReview docs for completion (notary, wet ink signatures, blanks)Collect Earnest Money Deposits and notify parties when funds are receivedCoordinates escrow holdbacksCoordinate with appropriate parties to clear New Construction Exceptions, request sworn statements and waiversEnsure timely delivery of all Lender packagesScan all documents to appropriate filesPrepare recording and marked-up commitment package and provide for auditPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma; College Degree preferred2+ years of escrow or real estate closing experienceTitle Insurance experience preferredValid Driver's License and reliable transportationWilling and able to travel as neededSoftPro experience is a plusSuperior customer service, organization and accuracyInterpersonal with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of the real estate industry and local marketWhy work for us?We are a growing company with a mission to partner with and protect our clients, and a reputation for a “get to yes” attitude earned through our thought leadership, exceptional service, and organizational excellence.
