Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds, ensuring smooth transitions of care from admission through discharge and follow-up.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents; support team learning and development.Identify, report, and help resolve medication safety events, adverse drug reactions, and errors.
