This role oversees production, materials management, and distribution—driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation.What You’ll DoLead and develop production and materials teams in a 24/5, three-shift environment, promoting safety excellence, operational efficiency, and effective change leadership, including rotational Saturday coverage as needed.Drive on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirementsDevelop effective partnerships cross-functionally (Procurement, Planning, Quality, EHS) to optimize operationsChampion Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S) and continuous improvement initiatives such as operator and leader standard workOversee inventory accuracy, storage optimization, and capacity planningMonitor and communicate KPIs to leadership and teams, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve performanceWhat You BringA minimum of 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/chemical operations; prior flavor and/or fragrance manufacturing is highly preferred.
