This night-shift position follows a clear 7-on, 7-off rotation, offering the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining personal balance. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage a typical daily census of about 100 patients and complete approximately six visits per day with a 1:10 nurse-to-patient ratio.
