Doss is a 5-days-a-week, in-office company. We believe great work happens when people are in the same room, and our office experience should reflect that. You'll keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting the team that makes the office feeling like a place people actually want to be.What You'll DoSupport daily workplace operations for our SOMA headquarters including supply ordering and restocking, space readiness, and keeping common areas in good shapeCoordinate our food & beverage program, including lunch 5 days a week and dinner when the team is working late: placing orders, managing setup and cleanup, and handling dietary requestsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for vendors and service providers by scheduling visits, confirming deliveries, and flagging quality or service issues to your managerServe as the primary point of contact with building management, coordinating on maintenance requests, building access, safety and compliance requirements, and any facility-level issues that affect day-to-day operationsHelp plan and execute internal events and programming that build community and reflect Doss culture, including logistics, vendor scheduling, setup, and day-of supportSupport tracking workplace spend against budget, keep receipts and invoices organized, and flag anything unusualSupport cross-functional logistics with IT, Finance, and People, including new hire desk setup and onboarding-day readinessIdentify operational gaps before they become problems and bring solutions, not just status updatesWhat We're Looking ForExperienceA college degree, or relevant experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or administrative supportComfort with the basics: email, calendars, spreadsheets, and keeping a to-do list that doesn't drop thingsBonus, not required: experience at a fast-moving company where the playbook changes oftenQualitiesHigh follow-through: you close loops without being chasedDetail-oriented but not precious about it: you move fast and adaptWarm, hospitality-first instincts: you care that people feel taken care ofComfortable asking questions and comfortable when the answer is "figure it out and check back with me"What You'll GetCompetitive salary + meaningful equity100% Coverage for individuals Premium medical, dental & vision coverage401(k), immediate eligibilityLunch in-office 5 days/week (and dinner when needed)Flexible/unlimited PTOCommuter (BART/MUNI/CalTrain) and equipment stipendsWellness & Fitness stipendGenerous parental leaveRelocation assistance availableIn-office culture in San FranciscoCompensation Range: $70K - $110K
