Structured Finance - Digital Infrastructure

A rapidly scaling AI infrastructure platform is seeking a Lead, Structured Finance to help design and execute complex financing solutions supporting the buildout of next-generation compute, data center, and power infrastructure.This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of infrastructure, capital markets, and technology. The successful candidate will work across structured credit, project finance, leveraged finance, and strategic transactions to help fund large-scale, capital-intensive assets tied to the growth of AI and cloud computing. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, lenders, investors, developers, and strategic counterparties.The business is backed by significant institutional capital and is experiencing substantial growth across digital infrastructure and compute deployment initiatives.
