Speech-Language Pathologist in Independence, OR

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Independence, OR, working within an Early Intervention (EI) program. This full-time, 40-hour per week role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting early childhood development and providing impactful therapy services to young learners. The position offers the chance to work within a dynamic evaluation team and utilize your skills to make a difference in childrens lives during critical developmental stages. Key responsibilities include: Providing speech and language therapy services to early childhood clients as part of the EI program Collaborating with the evaluation team to assess and develop individualized intervention plans Serving as an itinerant SLP, offering support across multiple locations as needed Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with program requirements Engaging with families and caregivers to promote communication goals in natural environments Desired qualifications and experience: Valid SLP license eligible for or currently licensed in Oregon Experience working with early intervention caseloads, particularly in early childhood speech and language development Ability to work independently in an itinerant role with strong organizational skills Certified Speech-Language Pathologists (CFs) are encouraged to apply; please note this opportunity is not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
