Senior Organizer

A company is looking for a Senior Organizer to coordinate and strengthen national mobilization efforts through phone banking and texting programs. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand phone banking and texting programs to enhance voter contact and volunteer engagement Develop strategies for mobilizing multi-racial working-class voters and execute volunteer mobilizations around key events Train and support volunteer leaders while evaluating program impact and refining strategies based on data-driven insights Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in organizing with a focus on volunteer leadership development and management Familiarity with relational organizing tools and data management systems Strong analytical skills for tracking mobilization efforts Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams Commitment to progressive values and building power with working-class communities
