The role involves meeting with clients to assess their financial goals and developing customized plans to achieve them. Responsibilities include advising clients on financial planning, retirement strategies, and investment opportunities while continuously monitoring and adjusting plans based on clients' needs and market trends. The Financial Adviser/Agent will also maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.QualificationsStrong skills and knowledge in Life Insurance including IUL's and Annuities.Must be, or able to get a Life Insurance License.Expertise in Retirement Planning and InvestmentsProven ability to analyze financial data and develop effective strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilitiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with attention to detailRelevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CPA are preferred
