Barback and Bartender

Job Summary We are looking for a talented and experienced Barback and Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to maintain an efficient bar setup throughout shifts Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, adhering to recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces regularly Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assisting with simple food service when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling accurately Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all tasks Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Experience with food preparation, catering, or kitchen work beneficial but not required Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Enthusiastic attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a lively atmosphere Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Barback and Bartender where your dedication fuels unforgettable nights!
