Inventory Clerk - Hospital

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Clerks to support daily hospital supply and inventory operations. This role is responsible for distributing medical supplies and equipment throughout the hospital, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring hospital departments receive materials in a timely and accurate manner.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, inventory, retail, central supply, or healthcare support experience looking to grow within a hospital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory, restock, and organize hospital supply carts and storage areasPick, pull, and deliver medical supplies and equipment throughout the facilityProcess storeroom requisitions accurately and on scheduleSupport supply distribution for hospital departments and offsite locationsEnter inventory and supply activity into the computer system accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom and warehouse areasAssist with receiving, stocking, and emergency supply requestsSupport handling and decontamination of patient care equipment using proper PPENotify leadership of low inventory or reorder needsAssist with special orders and departmental supply requestsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic computer skills and ability to learn new software systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse or hospital environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred6+ months of experience in:Central SupplyWarehouse/InventoryRetail StockingMedical or Healthcare environmentsExperience with inventory systems or EMR platforms such as EPICValid New Mexico Driver’s License
