We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.As a host, you'll be the first and last point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You'll manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding hospitality.Greet guests promptly and warmly; escort them to tables and present menusManage reservations, seating charts, and floor plans to maintain smooth service flowKeep the host station clean, stocked, and organized; maintain menu cleanlinessProvide information about menus, events, and promotionsAssist guests with special needs, such as highchairs or seating preferencesComplete opening, ongoing, and closing side-work as assignedFollow company policies, health, and safety standardsMaintain positive relationships with staff and guestsStrong communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressureMust be 18 years of age or olderAble to lift/move up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment and adapt to varying temperaturesFlexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
