This position fulfills the licensed Center Director role while also leading either a Toddler or Primary Montessori classroom.Classroom LeadershipLead a Montessori Toddler or Primary classroom in alignment with Montessori philosophy and best practicesPrepare and maintain a beautiful, organized learning environmentObserve children and guide individualized learning experiencesSupport independence, concentration, and respectful classroom cultureMaintain accurate documentation related to student development and licensing complianceSchool Leadership and AdministrationServe as the licensed Center Director in accordance with Georgia DECAL regulationsSupport enrollment conversations and tours with prospective familiesMaintain clear communication with parents and staffAssist with staff support and team coordinationHelp ensure the school maintains compliance with licensing standardsContribute to a positive school culture aligned with Seven Oaks Academy core valuesSample Daily Schedule7:00 – 7:30 AM: Preparation time and daily team huddle7:30 – 11:30 AM: Lead Guide classroom responsibilities11:30 – 12:00 PM: Lunch break12:00 – 1:00 PM: Administrative planning and leadership coordination1:00 – 3:30 PM: Front office leadership responsibilities including family communication, enrollment conversations, staff support, and operational coordinationThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values clear structure, strong communication with families, and a positive, supportive workplace culture.RequirementsQualificationsRequiredMontessori certification (Toddler or Primary) from an AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited programMinimum 3 years Montessori classroom experienceEligibility to serve as Center Director under Georgia DECAL licensing requirementsStrong leadership and communication skillsCommitment to Montessori philosophy and respectful classroom culturePreferredPrior leadership or administrative experience in a Montessori schoolExperience mentoring assistants or supporting staff developmentExperience engaging with families during admissions or enrollment conversationsNice To HavesSpanish speaker.AMS/AMI CertificationBenefitsJoin an Exceptional Team in an environment filled with smiling faces and friendly attitudes.
