This role is ideal for someone with strong wire harness experience who can support team performance, maintain quality standards, and serve as a technical resource on the floor.This position offers a clear path toward a Supervisor role for the right candidate.Duties of the senior wiring assembler:Assemble multi-branch and high pin-count wire harnessesInterpret complex blueprints and electrical schematicsPerform precision soldering, hand crimping, and wire tinningConduct in-process and final quality inspectionsAssist with floor-level troubleshooting and team performanceCross-train across departments to provide technical supportEnforce safety policies and PPE compliance as a leadUtilize hand and power tools for small component assemblyRequirements of the senior wiring assembler:3-5+ years of professional wire harness assembly experienceAdvanced blueprint and schematic reading skillsProficiency in soldering and crimping techniquesHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to work independently and take leadership initiativeStrong manual dexterity and ability to lift 35 lbs.Successful completion of drug screen and background checkContact Information:Take the lead in your career today!
