Armed Security Guard

Location: Tishomingo, Oklahoma Company: Earnest Security Earnest Security is expanding operations and is now hiring Armed Security Contractors to protect a licensed cultivation facility in Tishomingo, OK. This role is designed for disciplined, self-directed professionals who can operate independently, protect critical infrastructure, and represent our company at a high standard. This is not a static post. This assignment requires awareness, consistency, documentation, and sound judgment. Position Type 1099 Independent Contractor 12-hour shifts Paid weekly Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions) CLEET Phase 4 Armed Certification Reliable transportation Active surety bond Working cell phone Duty flashlight Ability to work alone, nights, and weekends as needed Professional appearance and communication skills Primary Duties Conduct hourly patrols of the facility and perimeter Identify and report damage, suspicious activity, or forced entry Monitor CCTV systems and maintain situational awareness Respond to alarms and suspicious activity Arrest and detain trespassers in accordance with Oklahoma law and company policy Control access by unlocking/locking doors for authorized employees Maintain a clean, professional workstation at all times Write detailed incident reports before the end of shift Contact emergency services and management when required Guards are expected to perform without on-site supervision after training.
