The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client base. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. The role involves maintaining comprehensive client documentation, collaborating with other professionals to support clients, and participating in team meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Opportunities for remote sessions may be offered as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications Required QualificationsLicensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of TexasStrong skills in individual, couples, and family therapyExperience in treatment planning, clinical assessments, and providing therapeutic interventionsFamiliarity with crisis intervention techniques and mental health best practicesProficient in maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential client recordsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plusDemonstrated commitment to ethical and inclusive therapeutic practicesMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Preferred QualificationsTraining and/or experience in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy preferredBilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred to support a diverse client populationExperience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family systems is a plus Join a team dedicated to healing, growth, and compassionate care.
