Since 1974, we’ve built a reputation for delivering complex projects with precision, safety, and innovation.We are seeking a Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team and support our continued success in the commercial and industrial construction market.Position OverviewThe Plumbing Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing systems on a variety of commercial construction projects. This role works closely with preconstruction, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project pursuit and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates for commercial plumbing systems, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costsPerform complete plan and specification reviews, takeoffs, and scope analysisDevelop conceptual and budget estimates during early project phasesSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingIdentify risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams during preconstruction and project handoffParticipate in bid reviews and strategy discussionsMaintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractorsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing estimating (commercial/industrial preferred)Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation methodsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Trimble, FastPIPE, or similarStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferredExperience with Design/Build or negotiated projectsFamiliarity with the Arizona construction marketCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus potentialMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementWhy IMCORIMCOR offers a stable, team-oriented environment with the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across Arizona.
