Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Project Manager position include: Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Land Surveying 2+ years managing a team of 3 or more employees Registered Land Surveyor (RLS / PLS) certification (preferred) Proficiency with Trimble equipment, Sage Intake ERP, and AutoCAD (preferred) Industrial project experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of survey project management from concept to completion Lead and mentor a team of 11 technicians and work alongside 2 RLS team members Prepare ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, topographical calculations, and construction staking Ensure compliance with CAD standards and project scheduling/budgeting Manage cross-discipline coordination and client communication Conduct safety meetings, performance reviews, and team scheduling Define project scopes and prepare accurate cost estimates Build and maintain client relationships to procure new work Salary: $74,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
