Key Responsibilities
Own the accounting for multiple small, straightforward entities
Support month end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Partner with cross functional teams including sales, engineering, and operational leadership
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and business questions
Help streamline processes and bring structure as the organization evolves
Must‑Have Skills/Experience (Required)
Approximately 2 to 4 years of accounting experience
Public accounting experience acceptable
CPA or MBA strongly desired
Strong analytical thinking with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions
Growth mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and take ownership
