The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum , and proficiency using grinders and finishing tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing highquality, consistent welds.This role requires strong TIG welding skills and the ability to produce quality welds independently from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding using gas tungsten arc equipmentWeld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel componentsFabricate, install, and repair metal parts and assembliesUse grinding and finishing tools to clean and prepare weldsRead and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and technical schematicsMaintain quality, safety, and productivity standardsRequirements3+ years of handson TIG welding experience (light to heavy gauge material)Ability to produce quality welds independently from day one (no trainees)Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steelStrong blueprint and schematic reading skillsDetailoriented, dependable, and adaptable team playerPay & Benefits$28$32/hour , based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) and Roth retirement optionsCompanypaid life insurance, shortterm and longterm disability coverage
