The Regional PCS Partner will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using, excellent, in-depth knowledge as well as communicating effectively with team members and strong customer service.Below, we have provided a high level view of what the role entails, with the complete job description discussed in detail during our interviewing process.Responsible for driving excellent customer service through the use of our customer credo cardsResponsible for assisting in the development of front office standardsPerform monthly site visits for standards, operational changes and updatesProvide guidance, training and education to clinical PCS staff on an ongoing basis as need per regionResponsible for ongoing training and educations after employee leaves the COEAbility to fill in PCS shifts for clinics as neededAssist and provide feedback with performance reviewsAssist with driving metrics such as CCOF, CC’s, NPS, intake accuracy and follow up visitsResponsible for providing feedback for PCS candidate selection for respective regionCreate and drive positive relationships with all personnel in region, specifically Patient Care Specialist staffAssist with cross-training of clinical staff to assist with PCS operations when necessaryAssist as a resource for hiring and scheduling within respective regionAssist with training for front office duties for ancillary services within regionResponsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees.The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.The ability to maintain friendly cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.The ability to promote and maintain a respectful culture of employee, employer and business confidentiality.At least three years of Front Office experience, preferable in urgent care, family practice or emergency room settingHigh School Diploma or Its EquivalentNo License RequiredFast Pace Health is committed to the principle of equal employment and creating an inclusive environment for the benefit of our employees, our patients, and our communities.
