Physician Pathology - Competitive Salary

Job DescriptionLocation: Puget Sound Region, Coastal Washington State (serving Puyallup and Tacoma, WA)Healthcare Organization: A national leader in pathology services, providing comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology support across multiple hospitals and outreach clinics in the Puget Sound regionOpportunity: Full-time Surgical Pathologist to join a collaborative group of 4–8 pathologists and three Pathologist Assistants, supporting a diverse hospital and outpatient case mix across two major regional medical centersDetails:- Sign out a broad range of surgical pathology cases- Interpret intraoperative frozen sections and cytology rapid on-site evaluations (ROSE)- Present at general and specialty tumor boards- Serve as CLIA Director for hospital laboratories- Participate in shared call coverage among all pathologists- AP/CP board certification required- Subspecialty training in GI/Liver, Hematopathology, or Cytopathology highly desired- 3–5 years of experience preferred, though recently trained fellows will be consideredCompensation:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and matched 401(k)- Attractive sign-on bonus
