The organization is investing in its next phase of growth—making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with execution.What You'll Do:Strategic PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change managementTranslate business priorities into actionable, people-focused strategiesServe as a bridge between leadership and the People & Talent functionTalent Management & DevelopmentDrive performance management processes, including goal setting and ongoing check-insIdentify high-potential talent and support succession planning effortsPartner with leaders to address skill gaps and foster career developmentEmployee RelationsProvide thoughtful, timely guidance on employee relations mattersFoster a culture rooted in trust, transparency, and inclusionProactively identify and address engagement or team dynamic risksOrganizational EffectivenessSupport leaders through change, growth, and team evolutionDrive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of workingLeverage people data to inform decisions around hiring, retention, and team designHR Programs & CompliancePartner with HR Operations to ensure compliance across a multi-state workforceContribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and programsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist capacityBackground in professional services, agency, or technology environments preferredStrong expertise in employee relations and multi-state HR practicesProven ability to build credibility and influence mid-to-senior level leadersData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionExcellent communication skills and comfort navigating complex conversationsExperience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plusThe Opportunity:This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a purpose-driven organization undergoing exciting transformation.
