This position supports all IT operations and reports to the SITS. Responsibilities include compiling service desk reports, managing device inventory spreadsheets, facilitating intake/outtake procedures, aggregating IT communications and elevating important matters to SITS, monitoring multiple email distro lists, consolidating tasks from distro to brief with do-outs. Following process and procedures to ensuring tracking tasks on all [secret, TS, unclassified, private] enclaves, running reports from project ticketing system. General Experience This position performs all the functions of the mid-level position with little to no oversight. The position shall possess 5 or more years of experience. Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, inventory documentation.
