General Service Maintenance Technician
Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary for this role:The Maintenance Technician takes pride in their work and is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple locations. This role requires general technical skills in building maintenance and building functions with the ability to travel to different sites to address service requests efficiently and safely.General Accountabilities:Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks under direct supervisionExecute basic work across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and interior/exterior repairsConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial propertiesDiagnose issues and complete repairs using appropriate tools, manuals, blueprints, and schematicsOrder necessary parts, supplies, and equipment to complete maintenance tasksMaintain cleanliness and general upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas as neededAccurately document maintenance activities, including labor and material costsTravel to various job sites to respond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerThe company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.About Us:ALA-SEASON is a locally owned and operated general construction company based out of Greenville, Alabama, that has served the Southeast for over 15 years.
