Job Position: Swing Reach Operator - Weekend ShiftLocation: Early Branch, SC 29916Pay Rate: $16.00/hrShift: Weekend Shift (6am to 6pm) Fri, Sat, Sun, & MonDescription: Coastal Employment is seeking experienced and safety-focused Replenishment Operators (Swing Reach) to support warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for efficiently replenishing inventory using swing reach equipment while maintaining accuracy and safety at all times.Schedule is subject to change based on operational needsKey Responsibilities:Operate swing reach (turret truck) to move, stock, and replenish inventory in racking systemsAccurately place and retrieve product from designated warehouse locations at various heightsPerform routine equipment inspections and follow all safety proceduresAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organizationWork closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications:Prior experience operating swing reach, turret truck, or similar equipment requiredValid forklift certification preferredComfortable working at elevated heights; must not be afraid of heightsAbility to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent weekend scheduleStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentReliable transportation and strong attendance recordWork Environment:Warehouse/distribution center setting with high racking systemsFast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
