Field Project Address:8492-8354 W N Royster Rd Robards, Kentucky 42452Moss SolarPOSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTMoss is the #1 Solar EPC and is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to support our electrical team in Robards, Kentucky.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Supervise multiple electrical crews ensuring we are compliant with state statutes* Supervise, mentor, and train apprentices* Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures* Run electrical wiring for DC and AC circuits according to project specifications and local codes* Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues within solar PV systems* Performing routine inspections and maintenance checks on solar installationsEnsure all electrical work complies with state and local building codes and regulations* Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS* Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather* Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards* Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site* Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values* To ensure a safe work environment, a pre-employment drug screening is required EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE* State Journeyman license required for the state employed in * Minimum of High School diploma required* Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installations* Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment with ability to handle a high pressure environment, and prioritize work effectively* Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate mannerOB LOCATION: Robards, KentuckyCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - NON-EXEMPT -HOURLY REPORTS TO: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENTMoss is an equal opportunity employer.
