Position: Order Fulfillment Professional - II/Supply Chain Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: Contract Job ID: 177239 Job Overview: This position is worksite-based, requiring attendance in the office five days a week. The contractor will support the Reverse Supply Chain operations for the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation Team. The Reconciliation team is tasked with investigating and resolving issues to prevent negative customer impacts and maintain inventory control. This role involves collaborative engagement with a 3rd party logistics vendor and various internal partners. The candidate will be responsible for meeting daily service level commitments with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Responsibilities: Support Reverse Supply Chain operations for the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation Team. Investigate and resolve issues to prevent negative customer impacts and maintain inventory control. Collaborate with 3rd party logistics vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth operations. Meet daily service level commitments with a focus on accuracy. Establish daily and weekly reporting on production and service levels for all activities supported by the Inventory Reconciliation team. Analyze production, service levels, internal and external factors, downstream impacts, customer impacts, and other key performance indicators. Acquire working knowledge of the entire process flow, from order creation and data flow through various internal and external applications to the operational process of receipt and disposition of products through reverse supply chain facilities. Qualifications: Strong business acumen with effective oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including advanced Excel formulas. Experience with heavy data entry, emphasizing speed and accuracy. Ability to conduct complex research involving inventory and reporting. Strong communication skills across multiple levels of the organization. Comfortable working with multiple systems and understanding their interactions. Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills. Flexibility to handle repetitive tasks and adapt to changing needs. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with SAP is required. Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends as needed.
