We deliver efficient, reliable full-link power solutions for global hyperscalers and AI computing centers.Key Responsibilities1.Strategy & Target SettingDevelop regional key account sales strategies, annual business plans, and growth targets based on NA AIDC power market trends to ensure achievement of performance goals.2.Key Customer DevelopmentIntensively develop top-tier NA hyperscalers, AI computing centers, supercomputing facilities, and data center EPCs; establish long-term, in-depth strategic partnerships and identify high-potential demands for high-power, liquid-cooled, and HVDC solutions.3.End-to-End Project LeadershipLead customer requirement analysis, customized technical proposals (800V , etc.), commercial negotiations, contract signing, project implementation, and acceptance; manage the full sales cycle from lead to cash collection.4.Market & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies in North America; regularly deliver market analysis and customer insight reports.5.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with global R&D, product, supply chain, legal, and finance teams; align local technical support and delivery resources to ensure on-time project delivery, after-sales response, and high customer satisfaction.6.Contract & Payment ManagementOversee contract execution, order delivery, invoicing, and payment collection for NA customers; control commercial risks and ensure fund recovery targets are met.7.Brand & Industry PromotionRepresent Sungrow at NA data center industry events (e.g., OCP, Uptime Institute) and technical forums to enhance brand influence of Sungrow AIDC in the region.Job Requirements1.EducationBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.2.Industry Experience5+ years of sales experience in data center/AI data center power products in North America; familiar with HVDC, UPS, server power, liquid-cooled power supply, and related markets.3.Customer NetworkExisting relationships and proven success with NA hyperscalers (Google, Meta, AWS, etc.), data center operators, and EPCs are highly preferred.4.Core CompetenciesExpertise in B2B key account sales, bidding, commercial negotiation, and technical proposal development; proficient in CRM systems and sales data analysis tools.5.Language & CertificationsFluent in English (written and spoken) as a working language; ability to independently conduct business negotiations and cross-cultural communication. PMP or sales management certifications are a plus.6.OthersValid work authorization in North America; willingness to travel within the region.
