Baker Sixth Grade Campus Internal applicants preferred Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Valid Texas Teacher's Certificate Job Description Summer School Teacher, Junior High (Grades 6-8) Other Information Dates: June 1-June 18 (Monday-Thursday) Session Hours: 8:30 am-2:00 am Work Day/Prep: May 29th Staff Hours: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Posture: Prolonged standing; frequent kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting Motion: Frequent walking Lifting: Frequent light lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (less than 15 pounds); occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling (up to 50 pounds) Environment: Work inside and outside, regular exposure to noise and the elements Mental Demands: Maintain control under stress Apply online, completing the Summer School application.
