About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing wholesale distributor of vape products, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco products serving licensed retailers across New Jersey and surrounding states. Operating in a highly regulated industry, we prioritize compliance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and fast order fulfillment.We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with vape or tobacco industry experience to lead our Linden, NJ warehouse operations.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and SAP Business One inventory accuracy.This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-SKU, high-volume distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsOversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shippingEnsure same-day or next-day order fulfillmentManage inbound freight (LTL, FTL, parcel)Maintain organized, secure warehouse layoutInventory Control (SAP B1 Required)Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracyPerform cycle counts and physical inventory auditsProcess GRPOs, deliveries, transfers, and returns in SAP Business OneInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesMonitor high-value SKUs and shrinkageVape & Tobacco ComplianceEnsure compliance with NJ and federal tobacco regulationsMaintain proper storage of regulated productsAssist with documentation for audits and inspectionsManage lot tracking and recalls if neededTeam LeadershipSupervise 15 warehouse associatesCreate, improve, and train staff on SOPs and compliance proceduresSchedule labor based on order volumeConduct performance reviews and enforce KPIsPromote warehouse safety standardsQualificationsRequired:3+ years Warehouse Management experienceExperience in vape, tobacco, nicotine, or other regulated product distributionStrong working knowledge of SAP Business One (Inventory Module required)Experience managing warehouse teamsStrong understanding of inventory control and shrink preventionAbility to work on-site in Linden, NJPreferred:High-SKU distribution experience (7,000+ SKUs)Barcode scanning/WMS experienceLithium battery handling knowledge (disposables)OSHA/safety compliance knowledgeMultilingual (English/Spanish/Arabic/Hindi/Urdu)Compensation and Benefits$75,000 – $90,000 annual salary (based on experience)Health benefits availablePaid time off & holidaysAdvancement opportunitiesPerformance MetricsInventory accuracy rate (99%+)Order fulfillment accuracyOn-time shipping %Shrinkage reductionLabor efficiencyIdeal CandidateYou are:Detail-oriented and process-drivenExperienced in regulated distributionComfortable using ERP systems dailyStrong leader with a hands-on management styleFocused on accountability and operational efficiency
